Hypersen Line Confocal Sensor is a high-precision non-contact measurement device based on the spectral confocal principle specially designed for industrial inspection scenarios. It adopts advanced line scan technology enabling one-time acquisition of multi-point 3D data across an entire contour line of the target object. This achieves high-speed and high-precision surface profile measurement significantly improving inspection efficiency. The core advantages of this sensor lie in its excellent measurement performance and strong environmental adaptability. It features micron-level lateral resolution and can achieve stable and reliable high-precision measurement even on complex surfaces such as mirrors high-reflectivity materials transparent films and multi-layer glass effectively overcoming the technical limitations of traditional laser triangulation sensors. Meanwhile its measurement is nearly unaffected by the tilt angle of the object surface and it boasts exceptional resistance to ambient light interference ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh industrial environments.
