Product Description

Flexible tactile sensors are a new generation of intelligent sensing products that simulate the perceptual characteristics of human skin. Developed based on advanced flexible electronic technology they can accurately convert physical tactile signals such as pressure temperature and vibration into electrical signals to achieve multi-dimensional perception of contact objects. Featuring an ultra-thin flexible substrate design with a thickness of only a few hundred microns the product has excellent stretchable and bendable properties enabling it to closely fit complex surfaces such as humanoid robot dexterous hands and robotic arms. It also supports large-area array integration realizing the leap from "point perception" to "surface perception" and endowing intelligent devices with human-like fine tactile capabilities. The product has prominent highlights: excellent sensing performance with a pressure detection limit as low as 1Pa millisecond-level response speed and support for multi-modal signal collection; strong environmental adaptability stable operation in a temperature range of -40℃~85℃ and different humidity conditions; convenient integration with modular design and standardized interfaces supporting customized development; mature industrialization with a yield rate exceeding 95% and significant cost advantages. It is mainly applied in industries such as robotics (humanoid/industrial) consumer electronics automotive electronics and medical health helping to realize intelligent upgrading in scenarios such as precision grasping intelligent interaction and health monitoring.

Product Specifications

The core performance indicators and technical parameters of the flexible tactile sensor are excellent accurately meeting the rigorous requirements of multiple scenarios. The pressure detection limit is as low as 1Pa capable of capturing microgram-level subtle pressure with a measurement range of 0-2000kPa and a full-scale linearity of R²>0.995 ensuring high precision of signal collection. The response speed reaches millisecond level and the hysteresis is <3% enabling rapid feedback of dynamic tactile signals and supporting multi-modal perception of pressure temperature vibration and slip. It has strong environmental adaptability operating stably in a temperature range of -40℃~85℃ and 0%~100% humidity with an IP54 protection rating. The product thickness is only 50-200μm the elongation rate is ≥50% and the minimum bending radius is 5mm suitable for installation on complex curved surfaces; it adopts I2C/SPI standardized interfaces with a sampling rate of 100-1000Hz a supply voltage of 3.3-5V and power consumption <10mW with an industrial yield rate stably exceeding 95%.
