Kunwei Technology's six-axis force sensor is a core force measurement component integrating high precision high rigidity and high reliability. It can simultaneously detect three force components (Fx Fy Fz) and three moment components (Mx My Mz) in three-dimensional space providing precise force perception and closed-loop control capabilities for robots and high-end equipment. To meet the diverse needs of robot manufacturers for force control solutions in different scenarios under the wave of embodied intelligence Kunwei Technology has expanded its six-dimensional force sensors into the HRS humanoid series HPS high-performance series KWR precision series CSR standard series and ELS explosion-proof series. Using the domestically unique self-developed six-dimensional combined loading calibration and testing equipment each sensor achieves an accuracy of 0.1% FS and a precision (including crosstalk) of 0.3% FS. The product has prominent highlights: Firstly it inherits aerospace technology and ensures excellent quality. The technology originates from the field of aerospace aerodynamics measurement and the founding team all comes from national aerospace research institutes with over 20 years of R&D and manufacturing experience. Secondly it features exclusive calibration technology and algorithms possessing the domestically unique self-developed six-dimensional combined calibration equipment and core technologies with accuracy and precision comparable to or even exceeding the international advanced level. Thirdly it is an authoritative developer of industry standards. Kunwei Technology as one of the lead writing units participated in the formulation of the national recommended standard BG/T 43199-2023 "Testing Specifications for Robot Multidimensional Force/Torque Sensors" which was officially implemented in early 2024. This product is mainly applied in high-end industrial and scientific research fields with strict requirements for force measurement such as precision assembly and drag teaching of collaborative robots balance and force control of humanoid robots aerospace testing medical rehabilitation equipment and new energy battery process detection. It is a key perception component for realizing flexible operations and precise manipulation of intelligent equipment.

Product Specifications

Kunwei Technology's six-axis force sensors set a high industry standard in terms of key performance indicators. Each sensor achieves an accuracy of 0.1% FS and a precision (including crosstalk) of 0.3% FS ensuring highly accurate and stable measurement data. The product has excellent overload resistance generally capable of withstanding 200%-300% of the rated range load effectively guaranteeing durability under complex working conditions. In terms of core parameters the product covers multiple force ranges from tens of Newtons to thousands of Newtons and corresponding torque ranges to meet the needs of robots with different loads. The sensor itself has high rigidity minimizing the impact on the overall rigidity of the robot's end. At the same time the product has excellent anti-interference performance. It adopts a unique mechanical decoupling and advanced temperature drift compensation algorithm significantly reducing inter-dimensional coupling and temperature drift errors ensuring data purity and reliability in complex interactive scenarios of multi-dimensional forces.
