APM32F427/F425/F423 series are industrial-grade high-performance MCUs designed for Industry 4.0, robotics, and energy management. They deliver balanced improvements in CPU performance, ADC capability, Flash performance, and communication interfaces, with enhanced EMC robustness for complex industrial environments.
Based on embedded Flash technology and powered by an Arm® Cortex®-M4F core running up to 240MHz, the series supports up to 1MB Flash and 448KB SRAM. It integrates high-precision, high-noise-immunity ADCs with sampling rates up to 4Msps and hardware oversampling. Rich peripherals include DACs, Ethernet, CAN, USART, SPI, QSPI, USB OTG FS, and enhanced EMMC for external memory or FPGA expansion.
With wide-temperature operation, improved ESD performance, and a broad supply voltage range, the series is well-suited for servo drives, PLCs, photovoltaic energy storage, power systems, UAVs, and robotics.
