Coreless Motor

The Coreless Motor of CJAC adopt diamond shaped windings which have a structure similar to a "saddle" and are also known as saddle shaped windings. This winding has better motor characteristic curves and can improve performance by more than 30% under the same size. The Coreless Motor of CJAC have three major characteristics: high power density fast response and smooth operation. Under the same volume the output power and torque are high the winding size is small the performance is good there is no generation of eddy currents and hysteresis losses and the operation is more efficient. In terms of motor response it starts or brakes quickly responds extremely quickly and has a mechanical time constant of 10-28 milliseconds. The motor runs stably with speed fluctuations within 2%.
