The Yunwei high-altitude facade cleaning robot effectively addresses the industry pain points of "high risk high intensity difficulty in recruiting workers and expensive labor costs" associated with traditional high-altitude cleaning operations. It is suitable for most types of building facade surfaces currently available such as flat glass facades framed segmented glass facades rough stone facades metal panel facades and various shaped and structured surfaces. Through practical operation verification across multiple projects the robot has shown significant advantages over traditional "spiderman" methods and other mechanized cleaning approaches: 1. Safety: The robot replaces human "spidermen" for high-altitude work eliminating the safety risk of personnel falling. During operation the robot ascends and descends along high-strength climbing ropes weighing only 50KG. Calculations show that the safety factor of the climbing rope load is ≥50 times ensuring higher safety and reliability. 2. High Adaptability: Designed with a bionic quadruped structure the Yunwei facade cleaning robot can cross obstacles up to 200mm on facades and is applicable to most facade structures. Additionally its roller brushes can clean the sides of facade frames enhancing its adaptability. 3. High Cleaning Quality: Equipped with functions like rolling brush scrubbing water spraying and scraping the robot ensures higher cleaning quality. Its combination of cleaning features makes it suitable for cleaning various facade materials including glass metal plates paint and more offering wider applicability. 4. Efficiency and Low Cost: The cleaning speed of the Yunwei facade cleaning robot is adjustable within the range of 50mm-150mm/s allowing selection based on the level of facade pollution which improves economic efficiency. Moreover the width of the cleaning device is adjustable between 600-1500mm making it well-suited for various facade structures reducing the number of cleaning sessions required and thus lowering construction costs. 5. Environmental Protection: By employing a physical contact brushing mode the use of cleaning agents is significantly reduced. Only a small amount of neutral cleaning agent is used or sometimes none at all preventing potential corrosion risks to facade structures surrounding greenery vehicles pedestrians and drainage systems thereby reducing the workload for finished product protection.
