Product Description

Rotary Module A lighter stronger and quieter rotational solution for joints. An advanced lightweight low-cost and quiet-motion rotary solution with high torque density delivering stronger power output in the same volume to meet high-load and high-dynamic performance requirements of robotic joints.

Product Specifications

This series offers four sizes from Φ50 to Φ80 with a peak torque range of 30Nm to 180Nm and a rated torque range of 10Nm to 60Nm meeting medium to high load requirements. The rated speed is 30-37.5 rpm supporting a repeat positioning accuracy of ±10 microseconds and an absolute position accuracy of ±25 microseconds. It supports a wide voltage range of 24V/48V and comes standard with industrial bus interfaces such as CAN(FD) RS485 and EtherCAT. Optional features include force control functionality and a brake. High Integration and Ease of Use: It integrates a servo motor high-precision reducer encoder and controller into one unit significantly simplifying the design and assembly of robot joints. Precision Motion Control: Microsecond-level repeat positioning accuracy and multiple industrial bus interfaces ensure precise responsive joint motion and easy integration into complex systems. Flexible Configuration Options: The series provides a complete range of models covering small/medium to medium/large load inertia matching. Force control and brake options can be selected as needed making it suitable for various scenarios such as grasping and assembly.
