Product Description

The IMU760 is a high-performance six-degree-of-freedom MEMS inertial measurement unit independently developed by Ruifen Technology. It can measure the three-dimensional attitude angles (including static and dynamic tilt) acceleration angular velocity and magnetic field intensity of the carrier and outputs real-time three-axis angular velocity and linear acceleration data. With a compact design measuring L22.4×W22.4×H9.8mm it supports UART interface communication and comes with a corresponding SDK to facilitate user integration and shorten development cycles. This product features the following technical characteristics: 1.Utilizes high-precision sensing technology with excellent signal resolution capable of detecting minute vibrations and attitude changes. 2.Designed with a wide dynamic range to support accurate measurement under intense motion conditions. 3.All products undergo rigorous wide-temperature-range temperature compensation calibration and personalized parameter calibration. 4.Excellent environmental adaptability ensures stable measurement performance under extreme operating conditions. 5.Strict production consistency control guarantees uniform performance across all modules. This fully independently developed inertial measurement unit is particularly suitable for industrial application scenarios that demand high reliability and strong environmental adaptability.

Product Specifications

1.Attitude Angle Measurement Roll and pitch angle accuracy reaches 0.05° (1σ RMS) with ranges of ±180° and ±90° respectively. Non-referenced heading accuracy is 0.2° while magnetically referenced heading accuracy is 1° both with a range of ±180°. Angular resolution is as high as 0.001°. 2.Gyroscope Performance Range: ±2000°/s zero bias instability: 4°/h noise density as low as 0.015°/s/√Hz bandwidth: 50 Hz zero-point temperature drift within -40 to 85°C does not exceed ±1°/s. 3.Accelerometer Performance Range: ±16g zero bias instability: 0.035 mg noise density: 100 μg/√Hz bandwidth: 50 Hz zero-point temperature drift over a wide temperature range: ±10 mg. 4.Magnetic Sensor Performance Range: ±8 Gauss noise density: 0.4 mGauss nonlinearity better than ±0.1% FS. 5.Electrical and Environmental Characteristics Operating voltage: 3.0–6.5 VDC power consumption: 275 mW @ 5V communication interface: UART maximum output frequency: 400 Hz.
