Product Description

The IMU761 is an inertial measurement module based on MEMS technology integrating IMU/VRU/AHRS functionalities. The module employs a self-developed adaptive extended Kalman filter algorithm combined with IMU noise dynamic analysis and carrier motion state recognition algorithms enabling high-precision attitude angle output in high-dynamic environments while effectively suppressing heading angle drift. Each sensor undergoes meticulous compensation including calibration for temperature bias scale factor and cross-axis errors. The module supports communication via UART and CAN interfaces offering a wide range of user-configurable options. If the CAN interface is required users need to integrate a CAN transceiver circuit themselves. This fully independently developed inertial measurement unit is suitable for industrial applications demanding high reliability and strong environmental adaptability.

1.Attitude Measurement Accuracy Roll and pitch angle accuracy is 0.15° while heading angle accuracy is 0.2°. 2.Gyroscope Performance Range: ±2000°/s bias instability: 3°/h (Allan variance) bias stability: 10°/h (based on China National Military Standard 10s smoothing). 3.Accelerometer Performance Range: ±24g bias instability: 0.03 mg bias stability: 0.07 mg suitable for high-dynamic environments. 4.Magnetometer and Electrical Characteristics Magnetometer range: ±30 gauss; operating voltage: 2.8–5.5 VDC power consumption less than 160 mW. 5.Environmental and Structural Parameters Operating temperature range: -40℃ to 85℃; compact dimensions: 12.1×12.1×3.2 mm; weight does not exceed 3 g (excluding cables). 6.Communication and Interface Support Supports UART and CAN interfaces (external CAN transceiver required) equipped with SYNC_IN/OUT synchronization pins to facilitate multi-sensor fusion and system integration.
