Insight 9 is a fully autonomous spatial intelligence camera custom-built for Embodied AI. Equipped with a high-performance neural network unit and a built-in high-performance VSLAM engine, it successfully brings AI algorithms to the edge. The key features of this product lie in its seamless hardware-software integration: the vertically mounted 188° ultra-wide-angle lens increases the field of view by 350%; the maximum acceleration range of 24G is perfectly suited to the high-dynamic requirements of legged robots; and it supports one-click switching to the native ROS system for plug-and-play integration. It is primarily used in special-purpose robots, quadruped robots, industrial drones and commercial service robots operating in high-dynamic environments.

Product Specifications

The Insight 9 boasts high-performance hardware specifications. The computing platform utilises an octa-core ARM Cortex-A55 processor with up to 10 TOPS of AI performance, paired with 4GB of LPDDR4 memory and 16GB of storage. The IMU supports a highly stable gyroscope range of 2000°/s and an acceleration range of 0–24g. For vision, the RGB camera utilises a 1/2.8" CMOS sensor, delivering 4K@30fps ultra-HD output with starlight-level sensitivity of 0.01 lux. The stereo depth camera features a hardware-synchronised global shutter, outputting 1280x960@60fps high-dynamic-range imagery with a depth range of 0.1m to 30m (optimal at 0.5–10m).
