Visitor Guidelines
Admission Instructions:
1. Visitors must present their valid ID card and registration QR code for entry.
2. The electronic admission pass obtained after successful registration is for personal use only and may not be transferred or used by others.
3. This exhibition is open to industry professionals only. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter.
4. The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation.
Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport → Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center
Take Metro Line 1 or Airport Bus Line 9 and get off at Convention & Exhibition Center Station. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Alternatively, a taxi ride takes around 40 minutes.
High-Speed Railway Station (Shenzhen North Railway Station)--> Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre
Take Metro Line 4 (Longhua Line) from Shenzhen North Railway Station and get off at Convention & Exhibition Center Station (7 stops, approximately 40 minutes).
Futian Railway Station: Walk along Yitian Road to the West Entrance of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (approximately 1.5 km).
Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA)--> Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre
From Hong Kong International Airport to Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center:
Take the ferry from SkyPier (E2) in the airport transfer area to Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Homeport. Passengers can transfer directly without completing Hong Kong immigration procedures. Upon arrival at Shekou Cruise Homeport, complete mainland China entry procedures, then take the complimentary shuttle bus to Shekou Port Station and transfer to Metro Line 2 to Civic Center Station. The total journey takes approximately 1.5–2 hours.
Hong Kong West Kowloon Station (High-Speed Railway)--> Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre
From Hong Kong West Kowloon Station (High-Speed Railway) to Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center:Take the Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong Express Rail Link (XRL) from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and arrive at Futian Station after one stop (approximately 14 minutes). Passengers must complete mainland China immigration clearance at West Kowloon Station before departure. Upon arrival at Futian Station, walk along Yitian Road to the West Entrance of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (approximately 1.5 km).

West Entrance of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Yitian Middle Road):
Bus routes: 35A, 374, 76, 15, 235, and 64.
East Entrance of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Jintian Road):
Bus routes: 34, 50, 71, and K113.
North Entrance of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Fuhua 3rd Road):
Bus routes: 38, 50, 71, and 375.
South Entrance of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Binhe Road):
Bus routes: 229, 337, 353, 369, 382, and J1.
Driving to Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center:
Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway - Tongle Pass or Nantou Pass - Binhe Expressway (or Shennan Avenue) - Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Warm Tip:
Temporary Travel Permit Application for Non-Shenzhen License Plate Vehicles
According to the latest regulations issued by the Shenzhen Traffic Management Bureau, vehicles with non-Shenzhen license plates must complete advance registration before entering Shenzhen during restricted hours.
Applicable Vehicles:
Small and mini passenger vehicles with non-Shenzhen license plates (with a certified seating capacity of ≤9 passengers).
Important Notice:
① Once the application materials have been submitted, no modifications can be made. Please confirm your vehicle usage details before submitting the application.
② Companies that fail to submit the application within the designated period must apply individually through the Shenzhen Traffic Police website. Each vehicle is eligible to apply for only one day of temporary access per month.
