The HS08 multi-dimensional haptic sensor features extremely accurate normal and tangential force sensing, as well as fully enclosed multi-point array haptic sensing. The HS08 can accurately determine the magnitude and position of the force applied by the contacting object, with an accuracy of 1%, a repeatability of 1%, a resolution of 0.01 N, and an area array of 10 × 16 points (customisable to requirements). The HS08 outputs an SPI digital signal.
