As a native multimodal input-output architecture, WALL‑A takes the lead in realising an embodied multimodal chain of thought. WALL‑A utilises the world model mechanism for spatio-temporal state prediction, combines this with visual causal reasoning to interpret environmental feedback, and internalises physical common sense from data via a learnable memory mechanism. This integration significantly enhances the robot’s zero-shot generalisation capabilities for mobile manipulation tasks in unstructured environments. Meanwhile, supported by large-scale real-robot reinforcement learning, the foundational model further gains high-quality learning experience through interaction with the real physical world, autonomously solves long-tail problems, and achieves continuous evolution of robot capabilities.
