Product Description

Sunlord has developed a new low-pressure moulding technology for power inductors, featuring a novel magnetic resin with excellent flow properties for low-pressure transfer moulding. The moulding pressure is just 5% of that required for conventional dry pressing, significantly reducing damage to coil insulation and solder breakage, thereby fundamentally resolving the industry’s open-circuit and short-circuit issues and setting a new benchmark.

1. High Bs (saturation magnetic flux density), ultra-low loss; 2. Closed magnetic circuit structure, low leakage magnetic flux; 3. Operating temperature: -55°C to +150°C (including self-heating); 4. Operating voltage: 0–60 V; 5. Operating frequency: up to 5 MHz; 6. MSL level: MSL-1.
