Product Description

Typically, six-axis force-torque sensors utilise strain gauges as the sensing element. The strain gauges are bonded to key stress locations on the flexure element in specific orientations, forming multiple Wheatstone bridges. Each bridge corresponds to a particular force or torque component. When an external load is applied, predictable deformations occur at different sections of the flexure element. Forces and torques applied along different axes correspond to distinct strain patterns at different positions, thereby effectively reducing signal coupling.

The six-axis force/torque sensor, independently developed by Kepurui, offers high precision and excellent stability. Developed in-house and subjected to multiple verification tests, it is constructed from aluminium alloy for a lightweight design. Specifications: Measuring range: 2–10 N·m Accuracy: 0.3–1.01% F.S. Output sensitivity: 1.0–1.5 mV/V It is widely used in robots, robotic arms and other related fields.
