A hybrid flexible cable that integrates fine signal cores and power cores within a single compact structure. It is designed for robotic systems requiring compact routing, durability under dynamic motion, stable signal transmission and reliable low-power delivery. The product is particularly suitable for micro-joints, dexterous hands, end-effectors and other space-constrained robotic mechanisms.

- OD: 0.35 mm (signal core), 0.70 mm (power core) - Tensile strength: 30 N (signal core), 90 N (power core) - DC resistance: 3.6 Ω/m (signal core), 1.2 Ω/m (power core) - Current capacity: rated at 0.3 A for the signal core and 0.8 A for the power core; 10 ms pulse current up to 1.2 A and 3.6 A respectively - Flex performance: more than 1,000,000 bending cycles under a 1.0 mm bend radius, ±75° bend angle, 1 N constant tensile load, and 0.5 Hz frequency, with continuity maintained after bending - Vibration performance: continuity maintained after vibration testing at 10–4000 Hz, 10–50 g, in X/Y/Z directions for over 24 hours
