Established in 2018, Guo’ao Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specialising in the research, development and manufacture of multi-degree-of-freedom precision motors, dedicated to providing high-precision motion control solutions for sectors such as semiconductor equipment and precision automation. The company operates the Guo’ao Innovation Research Centre, comprising a team of PhD researchers from the Power Electronics Research Centre at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, in collaboration with teams of professors and PhD researchers from South China University of Technology, Shenzhen University and Guangdong University of Technology. The centre focuses on the research and development of high-precision motion control equipment and drives, high-precision linear motors and drives, linear-rotary motors and drives, advanced manufacturing for displays and semiconductors, and professional-grade industrial embodied robots. Its independently developed “integrated linear-rotary motor” enables two-degree-of-freedom micro- and nano-positioning, soft-landing functionality, and precise force control to within ±0.01 N, marking the company’s global leadership in this technology. Guo’ao’s products are widely used in the 3C sector, panel displays, semiconductor chips, precision testing and automation, providing solutions and bespoke R&D services for customers’ demanding applications.
