The KM60G is a high-precision 3D structured light camera equipped with a 1.6-megapixel high-resolution imaging system, offering a repeatability accuracy of 4 μm in the Z-axis, which meets the requirements of high-precision measurement. The device is compatible with both GPU and CPU platforms, offering imaging speeds in the millisecond range and a scanning frequency of 3 Hz, enabling efficient online detection. The housing is constructed from aerospace-grade aluminium alloy, weighing just 230 g. It features a compact design, industrial-grade reliability and stability, and is capable of withstanding harsh industrial environments. It is primarily used for high-precision online measurement, inspection and positioning of the robotic arm’s end-effector in confined spaces.
