RoBOX is an independently developed core module for embodied intelligent communication by Intedigo, based on the RoIO™ low-latency multimodal communication architecture, enabling real-time perception, command transmission, and feedback loops between humans and machines. This system provides stable, low-latency, and high-fidelity communication capabilities for scenarios such as robotics, remote operation, smart manufacturing, and unmanned vehicles, achieving millisecond-level real-time interaction across urban, intercity, and even intercontinental ranges.
Product Specifications
RoBOX is built on the Rockchip RK3588/RK3582 platform, featuring a 6–8 core heterogeneous Cortex-A76/A55 CPU architecture and an integrated 5–6 TOPS NPU, enabling edge AI inference and real-time control for robotic applications. It runs RoBOX OS (based on Debian 12) and includes RoBOX Core, which integrates the proprietary RoIO™ communication stack and a real-time scheduling module. In addition, RoBOX provides standardized SDKs and interface encapsulation, supporting mainstream development frameworks such as Python, C++, and ROS2, significantly reducing the complexity of secondary development and system integration while accelerating deployment and product commercialization. RoBOX supports TCP/UDP/MQTT as well as the custom RoIO protocol, and is equipped with three Gigabit/2.5G RJ45 Ethernet ports and five USB Type-C 3.0 ports. It also supports Wi-Fi 6/7, 4G/5G cellular connectivity, and optional mmWave. Video encoding capabilities include up to four channels of 1080p@60fps or one channel of 4K@60fps. With a typical power consumption of 5–15W and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, RoBOX is well-suited for embodied intelligence teleoperation, multi-sensor data streaming, and edge computing scenarios.
