The intelligent robotic liquid-cooled module comprises three components: the T-Box (integrated liquid cooling terminal), microchannel liquid-cooling plates, and flexible piping systems. By utilising the flow of liquid coolant through microchannel liquid-cooling plates distributed at the robot’s heat source locations, the generated heat is transferred to the T-Box for air cooling. An intelligent temperature control algorithm optimises the distribution of heat dissipation.

The company has introduced the industry’s first intelligent robotic liquid cooling module with a maximum dynamic cooling capacity of 1,200 watts, available in multiple T-Box series configurations. Specialised automotive-grade lightweight electronic pumps and multi-port valves have been developed, achieving an overall IP67 protection rating to meet complex operational demands. The micro-channel liquid cooling plates are available in embedded and contact-type variants with a maximum heat transfer capacity of 600 watts, effectively cooling critical components such as joint modules, chips, domain controllers and batteries.
