The VGX Series Robot Motor Test System is a high-precision dynamic testing solution designed exclusively for joint motors, servo motors and frameless torque motors used in industrial and collaborative robots. By integrating loading, measurement, control and analysis functions, it comprehensively verifies key motor performance parameters, including torque, speed, efficiency, response, temperature rise and reliability, catering to all application scenarios from R&D calibration and production line quality inspection to endurance and ageing testing.

Product Specifications

The VGX series utilises a high-precision dynamic dynamometer platform, compatible with various models such as robot joint servo motors and frameless torque motors. It covers a test torque range of 0.1–50 Nm, a power range of 100 W–15 kW, and a maximum speed of up to 15,000 rpm. The system delivers torque measurement accuracy better than ±0.1% FS and speed accuracy of ±0.1 rpm, with high dynamic response characteristics to accurately simulate complex operating conditions, including start-stop cycles, direction reversal and variable loads encountered by robots. Equipped with four-quadrant energy feedback technology, it achieves an energy recovery rate of ≥90%, enabling energy-efficient long-term ageing and durability tests. It supports the synchronous acquisition of multiple parameters, including torque, speed, efficiency, temperature rise, step response, torque ripple and encoder signals, with a sampling frequency of over 1 kHz. The system features comprehensive safety protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, overspeed and overtemperature. With a modular structure and standardised communication interfaces compatible with mainstream industrial fieldbuses, it automatically stores and analyses test data and generates professional reports, fully meeting the high-precision testing requirements for R&D calibration, production line inspection and reliability verification.
