Walker Tienkung DEX is a full-size research humanoid robot developed by UBTECH. It features a 31-DOF humanoid configuration and powerful integrated joints for precise and stable movement. Equipped with comprehensive perception capabilities, expandable interfaces and high-performance computing, it utilises the Thinker Cosmos ecosystem—with its open datasets, AI Copilot and joint research funding—to fully support embodied AI research across a wide range of scenarios.

Product Specifications

Equipped with a full-size, high-performance humanoid robot body, it supports research into embodied intelligence across multiple scenarios. The robot features a complete humanoid configuration with a full-size design and 31 degrees of freedom, paired with an offset series 3-DOF waist for more flexible, coordinated movement of the entire machine. Its integrated joint modules deliver a peak torque of up to 400 Nm, enabling powerful motion performance characterised by both high explosiveness and high stability. Combined with high-precision planetary gearboxes and high-torque-density motors, it achieves precise and durable output with low backlash, low noise and minimal temperature rise. The platform supports high-dynamic movements, full-body control and indoor/outdoor navigation, accelerating the development and deployment of complex tasks. The product supports flexible modular expansion, equipped with an RGBD camera and LiDAR, with optional dexterous hands, 6D force sensors and vision kits. It provides a wealth of open interfaces and comes as standard with a Jetson AGX Thor computing board, offering a maximum computing power of 2,070 TOPS. Backed by the Thinker Cosmos developer ecosystem, it offers cloud computing power, real-robot datasets, world-class open-source projects and an AI development assistant. Leveraging the collaborative research and co-creation fund, it engages in collaborative innovation with innovation centres and partners across standards, research projects and competitions, supporting rapid technical validation and the translation of achievements into practical applications.
