Sizector®3D – SXN Series

1. Eliminate interference from shadows and high reflections to achieve a higher-integrity 3D point cloud: Utilise multi-projection technology to capture multiple sets of 3D point clouds from different projection directions for hardware fusion, resulting in higher integrity. 2. High accuracy and high speed: Following multi-3D fusion at the camera hardware level, a high-precision 3D point cloud is output. Compared to PC-based systems, the volume of data transmitted is significantly reduced without increasing processing time. 3. Use of a telecentric lens and pixel-level alignment of 2D and 3D data: Combined with external light sources for synchronisation, this enables integrated 2D and 3D measurement and detection. The external RGB light source can produce a true-colour 3D point cloud free from the effects of the Bayer matrix and 3CCD imaging.
