Product Specifications

This micro servo delivers industry-leading power density (≥120 W/g), achieving powerful output within an extremely compact form factor. It features a current loop bandwidth of ≥6 kHz and a velocity loop bandwidth of ≥1.5 kHz, enabling microsecond-level dynamic response and nanometre-level synchronisation accuracy. With a 5x instantaneous overload capacity, it ensures stable operation under sudden or peak load conditions. In terms of core control, the system employs dynamic adaptive control parameters, model tracking control algorithms, and sensorless force control algorithms, enabling precise force control without the need for external torque sensors. The servo supports various motor types (brushed/brushless, DC/AC) and multiple encoder interfaces. It offers inertia adaptation up to 30x, along with one-click auto-tuning functionality, significantly reducing commissioning complexity and time. By utilising human-robot collaboration enhancement technology, the system achieves excellent compliant motion and safe interaction with the environment whilst maintaining high dynamic responsiveness.
