It provides a unified foundation for data exchange, intelligent scheduling and business collaboration, enabling manufacturing enterprises to achieve unified management of robot clusters and end-to-end intelligent scheduling, thereby building an integrated industrial intelligence ecosystem.

Following each project presentation, an interactive Q&A session was held, during which representatives from investment firms engaged in in-depth discussions with the companies on key issues such as technical barriers, market prospects and commercialisation strategies. Over the past decade, China’s robotics industry has flourished. As the world’s largest robotics market to date, core components manufactured in China have been proven through large-scale industrial application, and the country’s overall manufacturing capabilities for robotic products are now being exported globally. At the same time, the robotics industry is integrating ever more closely with artificial intelligence, undergoing a potential shift in technological paradigms: artificial intelligence is moving from the digital realm into the physical world, whilst robots are evolving from specialised intelligence towards general-purpose intelligence. This process is bound to foster and unlock further opportunities. Against this backdrop, from 2025 onwards, the Shenzhen Robotics Association will join forces with leading academic authorities from home and abroad, industry elites, sector organisations, and visionary figures from all walks of life concerned with the industry’s development to jointly launch the world’s first robotics development technology exhibition – the FAIR plus Robotics Full Industry Linkage Conference. About the Association

The Shenzhen Robotics Association (SRA) was established in September 2009 on the initiative of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and is one of the earliest robotics industry associations to be founded in China. The Association is a non-profit social organisation voluntarily formed by enterprises, research and development institutions, and relevant entities across the entire industrial chain engaged in the robotics sector in Shenzhen. The Shenzhen Robotics Association has grown alongside the development of Shenzhen’s robotics industry and the expansion of robotics enterprises. Its membership comprises over 900 companies operating in fields such as industrial robotics, service robotics, medical robotics, educational robotics, specialised robotics and artificial intelligence, with a combined output value exceeding 200 billion yuan. It is the largest regional association in the robotics sector in terms of both membership numbers and output value.

Drawing on the research resources of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Association comprises the Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence Expert Committee, the Young Experts Committee and the Medical Robotics Expert Committee. It has successively initiated the establishment of the Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence Society, the South China Machine Vision Industry Alliance and the Shenzhen Logistics Robotics Industry Alliance. It provides year-round consultancy services—including technical support and industry matchmaking—to government bodies, enterprises and third-party organisations.
