Drawing on their own technical R&D and practical project experience, the three speakers provided detailed answers to each question, sharing targeted insights into the pitfalls encountered during development, scenario-specific adaptation solutions and approaches to commercialisation. This question-and-answer session effectively broke down the information barriers between the technical and industrial sectors; the session was packed with practical insights, and all attendees reported having gained a great deal from the event.

About the Association

The Shenzhen Robotics Association (SRA) was established in September 2009 on the initiative of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and is one of the earliest robotics industry associations to be founded in China. The Association is a non-profit social organisation voluntarily formed by enterprises, research and development institutions, and relevant entities across the entire industrial chain engaged in the robotics sector in Shenzhen. The Shenzhen Robotics Association has grown alongside the development of Shenzhen’s robotics industry and the expansion of robotics enterprises. Its membership comprises over 900 companies operating in fields such as industrial robotics, service robotics, medical robotics, educational robotics, specialised robotics and artificial intelligence, with a combined output value exceeding 200 billion yuan. It is the largest regional association in the robotics sector in terms of both membership numbers and output value.
