Sailor R1 Pro features humanoid design as its core. More than 20 high-precision drive joints endow its arms and body with superior flexibility enabling rapid adaptation to diverse working scenarios. Equipped with a wheeled chassis and a moving speed of 1.5 meters per second it achieves high-efficiency mobility in workshops shopping malls industrial parks and other scenarios effectively cutting down task time consumption. In terms of operational capability Sailor R1 Pro strikes an optimal balance between force and precision: its dual arms with a 30 kg load capacity can replace manual labor to complete heavy material handling tasks reducing labor intensity and safety risks; its sub-millimeter level precision meets the operational requirements of precision manufacturing laboratory research and other scenarios avoiding human errors and improving work quality. Multi-modal perception integrated with large AI models breaks down the barriers to human-robot collaboration. With autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance the robot can independently plan movement paths; its voice interaction function supports real-time responses and requires no professional training for operation. Capable of stable 24/7 operation it covers application scenarios such as factory collaboration mall sorting and park patrol. Product Specifications

This robot’s key specifications span mechanical electrical and software dimensions: Mechanically it has a folded height of 650mm an extended height of 1800mm and a total weight of 170kg. It features 22 degrees of freedom (DoF) for the body and an optional 12-DoF dexterous hand; its joints adopt harmonic reducers and encoders while the perception system includes stereo vision 3D LiDAR and voice interaction (structured light vision is optional). In terms of electrical parameters the single arm has a rated load of 15kg an arm span of 850mm and a vertical operating range of 0-2200mm (a 6-axis force sensor is optional). It uses 48V power supply supports WiFi/5G communication reaches a movement speed of 1.5m/s and has an 8-hour battery life. For software parameters its navigation positioning accuracy is ±10mm while both arm positioning accuracy and visual positioning accuracy reach ±0.1mm (force perception accuracy is ±0.2N optional). It also supports motion planning & obstacle avoidance 6D pose positioning of workpieces voice interaction and drag-and-drop programming making it suitable for multi-scenario operations.
