MLX81346+MLX90381, a set of 12V/24V/36V/48V motor driver solution with high integration and wide voltage.

MLX81346+MLX90381 is a highly-integrated, high power density micro motor drive solution. The core advantage of the solution is that it can support customers to design the motor drive solution as a small-sized PCB with a diameter of 10~12mm, which takes into account the compact layout and high performance, and is perfectly adapted to the control scenario of medium- and high-power micro motors, and provides a reliable support for the miniaturization and high-precision upgrading of equipments in multiple industries. The core of the solution consists of MLX81346, a highly integrated motor driver chip, and MLX90381, an ultra-small high-speed position sensor from Triaxis® Pico-Resolver. Among them, MLX81346 integrates 32M MCU, wide-range switching power supply and pre-driver, built-in 90KB Flash + ROM, with on-chip communication co-processor to improve performance; supports 12V-48V wide supply voltage, comes with 3.3V/25mA adjustable output, which can be directly powered by the sensor, integrated 3-way MOSFET pre-driver and current sampling resistor, 5mmx5mm QFN32 package greatly saves space. QFN32 package greatly saves space, with over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage protection, suitable for -40 ° C to 150 ° C wide-temperature environment, up to drive 2000 W BLDC motor. MLX90381 adopts 2.0 mm × 2.5 mm × 1.0 mm ultra-small DFN-6 package, 2 μs high-speed refresh rate with SIN/COSIN outputs, supporting Multi-axis measurement, functional safety up to ISO26262 ASIL-B, suitable for ultra-small motor position detection.
