The ZHROB-MB Confined Space Inspection Robot is capable of independently entering confined and dark spaces to carry out operations. It autonomously completes the entire inspection process, ranging from autonomous exploration and navigation to the detection of environmental anomalies. This significantly reduces the need for manual intervention, making the inspection of confined spaces more streamlined, worry-free and traceable. Powered by AI and image recognition technologies, the robot accurately identifies anomalies such as duct damage, water seepage and rust, as well as foreign objects including construction debris, reinforcing bars (rebars) and rubble. It automatically tags and localises these detection points. Equipped with a gimbal camera, it records high-definition video. The footage is transmitted, displayed and recorded in real time on the management system, enabling personnel to review it immediately and retain evidence. By autonomously classifying anomaly types and suggesting maintenance solutions, the system effectively addresses the challenges associated with inspecting air ducts and other confined, dimly lit environments.
