All-Drive Agile Hand Module

This drive module features a transmission system comprising a ring-enveloping worm gear and helical gear drive, characterised by high torque, high speed, low noise and a compact design. Its reduction ratio is 1:205, and the output torque can reach 1 N·m. When paired with a Φ14, 12W micro motor, the rated speed can reach 20,000 rpm, and the no-load speed can reach 30,000 rpm. Equipped with a 9- to 13-bit digital non-contact angle sensor, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, supports multiple signal source inputs, and features rapid data acquisition and processing capabilities. It provides accurate angle measurement within a speed range of 0 to 60,000 rpm, facilitating high-precision control of torque and complex movements.
