Centred on a “device-edge-cloud” collaborative architecture, it innovatively combines multi-spectral trapping of grain pests, AI vision recognition, intelligent sensing and big data analysis of grain conditions. This establishes a new paradigm for unattended, proactive early warning and green prevention and control of grain pests, as well as intelligent monitoring of the digital grain silo ecosystem. The Seedlight Multi-Parameter Grain Condition AI Monitoring System utilises multi-band deep UV chips, with a detection efficiency of over 95%. Powered by the world’s first AI large model for grain storage, it achieves an AI pest recognition accuracy of ≥95%, automatically identifying more than 30 types of grain storage pests and improving early warning efficiency by a factor of dozens. The system supports real-time multi-parameter grain condition monitoring, comprehensively covering key data such as CO₂, temperature and humidity. It offers a 90-day battery life and is compatible with three power supply modes: PoE, battery and DC. With an IP67 protection rating and explosion-proof certification, it operates reliably in a variety of extreme storage environments.
