Intelligent Grain Leveling Robot — Jointly developed by Seedlight Robot and Sinograin Chengdu Storage Research Institute Co., Ltd., this robot is designed for grain storage operations. Addressing the pain points of traditional grain levelling operations—such as heavy reliance on manual labour, low efficiency and high safety risks—it pioneers an integrated technology combining "spiral drive, multi-modal perception, intelligent decision-making and collaborative control". It innovatively integrates cutting-edge technologies including LiDAR mapping, multi-robot path planning and adaptive driving, establishing an integrated unmanned operation mode combining intelligent grain levelling with autonomous inspection. This completely revolutionises the traditional manual operation mode and enables fully unmanned operations for grain warehouse levelling and autonomous inspection. The Proof grain levelling robot system is adapted to the specific explosion-proof requirements of storage facilities, further expanding the product’s application scenarios. The Intelligent Grain Leveling Robot System primarily comprises an all-in-one LiDAR unit, a grain levelling robot, an intelligent control host, a multi-modal IoT micro base station, and a monitoring and operation platform.
