Product Specifications

This is a high-performance, large-range 6-axis force/torque sensor. It features a measuring range of 1000 N for Fx/Fy, 2000 N for Fz, and 30 N·m for three-axis torque, meeting diverse process requirements from precision assembly to heavy-duty grinding. With a high resolution of 0.05% FS, it can sensitively detect tiny force variations to ensure precision in delicate operations. Adopting an integrated monolithic structure with a compact size of φ80 mm × 35 mm, the sensor is easy to install in limited end-effector space. It offers high stiffness, excellent natural frequency and outstanding dynamic response, effectively suppressing system vibration for high-speed robotic applications. The sensor provides 300% overload protection to resist instantaneous shocks and significantly extend service life. With an IP65 protection rating, it operates reliably in environments with cutting fluid splash or dust. It supports an internal sampling rate up to 1000 Hz and low-latency transmission via Ethernet/RS485 interfaces, meeting the strict demands of advanced force control algorithms for real-time, high-integrity data.
