Product Specifications

This is a high-precision force sensor designed specifically for uniaxial tension and compression measurement. With a measuring range of 200 N and a sensitivity of 2 mV/V, it converts force variations into stable electrical signals. Its non-linearity, hysteresis and repeatability are all controlled within ±0.031% of full scale (FS), ensuring highly accurate and reliable measurement data for applications such as automated testing, robotic force control and precision assembly. The sensor utilises temperature compensation technology, maintaining high stability from -10 °C to +40 °C, with an operating temperature range extended to -35 °C to +70 °C to meet the demands of harsh environments. It features a 150% safe overload capacity to effectively withstand accidental impacts and extend service life. With an IP64 protection rating, it is dustproof and splash-proof, making it suitable for industrial environments. The excitation voltage ranges from 10 to 15 V, making it compatible with most data acquisition devices. The sensor is easy to install and delivers stable and reliable performance during long-term operation.
