Product Description

The magnetic-adhesion intelligent wall-climbing robot is a specialized system designed for maintenance and repair work on high-speed rail station canopies, bridge steel structures, and wind turbine towers. It is specifically engineered for tasks such as rust removal, paint stripping, painting, and inspection. The robot consists of a mobile unit and an electrical control system, and features functions including mobility, wireless remote control, and video monitoring.

Product Specifications

Capable of omnidirectional movement on flat surfaces and cylindrical surfaces with a diameter of ≥600 mm, with a maximum load capacity of 30 kg (without slipping). It can climb and navigate obstacles on steel column surfaces with stability and adapt to inclines ranging from 0 to 90 degrees. Integrated modules for laser rust removal, spraying, and inspection enable micron-level non-contact stripping of rust, oil, and coatings through precise control of wavelength and energy, preventing damage to the substrate. It supports targeted cleaning of complex features such as welds and bolts, increasing efficiency by over 50%. Utilizes adjustable magnetic adhesion in conjunction with a robotic arm to ensure consistent working distance across varying operating ranges. Employs multi-sensor fusion SLAM navigation—combining LiDAR, vision cameras, and IMU—to construct real-time 3D point cloud maps and autonomously plan cleaning paths. Built-in AI defect recognition algorithms dynamically detect corrosion levels and optimize laser parameters, forming a closed-loop “inspection–cleaning–evaluation” process.
