Dongjie Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Shanghai Electric Group’s subsidiary, Shanghai Electromechanical Co., Ltd., and the Teco Electric & Machinery Group. The company specialises in core technologies for complete joint modules for humanoid robots. Its offices and testing facilities are located in Shanghai, whilst its production base is situated in Bao’an District, Shenzhen. Drawing on its shareholders’ decades of experience in precision manufacturing and motor R&D, began developing robotic joints in 2023. Its current product range covers all types of joint modules for humanoid robots, including rotary and linear joints, as well as hollow-shaft motor-driven dexterous hand actuators. All products are developed in-house, with an integrated self-manufacturing rate of up to 90%.
