Product Description

Specifically engineered for precision manipulation, the new ViTai vision-tactile sensor features a compact form factor that is perfectly compatible with mainstream dexterous robotic hands. Its lightweight, plug-and-play design ensures seamless integration without adding significant payload to the robotic system. The sensor boasts a remarkable tactile resolution of 10,000/cm², enabling millisecond-level dynamic response and high-precision force control with a minimum detection threshold of 0.01 N. This allows for the stable handling of ultra-fine components, such as micron-level chip pins. Built to withstand the rigours of the factory floor, the sensor features an industrial-grade design tested for over one million cycles within a wide temperature range of -10℃ to 80℃. Supported by an open SDK, ViTai is empowering the next generation of robots to achieve human-like tactile perception and intelligent manipulation in 3C assembly, precision manufacturing and beyond.
